Ingredients
- 1 large Fajita Seasoned Chicken Breast
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 1 Onion
- 2 cups or quartered Brussel Sprouts
- Bacon Grease
Preheat oven to 375 and bake Chicken for 40 minutes. Let meat rest then begin to chop 1/2 of the Onion, 1 whole Red Bell Pepper, and quarter chop the Brussel Sprouts should fill about 2 cups. Throw veggies in a skillet with about 4 table spoons of bacon grease (used what I had left over from breakfast) over medium heat for about 7mins. If you are not using bacon grease use coconut oil. Once everything in skillet looks done plate and serve.
